Some browser issues can be resolved by clearing your cache and cookie history. See steps below for each browser:
Firefox:
- Click the Library button
in the Firefox toolbar and select History, or click History from the Firefox menu
- Close and relaunch your browser
- Click History from the Chrome menu or go to chrome://history/
- Click "CLEAR BROWSER DATA"
- Check off Cookies and other site data
- Click "CLEAR DATA"
- Close and relaunch your browser
- Click History from the Safari menu
- Click "CLEAR HISTORY", then choose "ALL HISTORY"
- Close and relaunch your browser
- Tap on Safari, and tap "CLEAR HISTORY AND WEBSITE DATA"
Edge:
- Select Settings and more > Settings > Privacy and services
- Under Clear browsing data, select "CHOOSE WHAT TO CLEAR"
- Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu
- Choose "COOKIES AND OTHER SITE DATA"
- Select "CLEAR NOW"
- Close and relaunch your browser
