How will the Annual Plan discount be applied to my Fender.com purchase?
- If you have an active Fender Play Annual Plan, you are eligible to receive 10% off any Fender product on Fender.com, excluding Fender Custom Shop guitars, basses and amps, during your subscription period. See Terms and Conditions here.
- When an Annual Plan subscriber in the US, UK, France, Germany or Australia signs in to Fender.com, the discounted pricing will be reflected throughout the entire product browsing and shopping experience.
- At checkout, the 10% off is automatically applied to in-cart Fender and Squier merchandise only, and is NOT applied to the order's shipping charge. Fender Custom Shop guitars, basses and amps are excluded from this offer.
How will the Annual Plan discount be applied to Fender gear at retail outlets?
Which retail outlets are participating in the Fender Play Annual Plan Offer and how will I know if they will honor the Annual Plan discount?
- Any retailer that sells Fender products may participate. Contact your local retailer by email, phone or in-person to find out if they will honor the Annual Plan discount.
Do existing Fender Play Annual Plan subscribers get the discount?
- Yes. All members with a valid Annual Plan will automatically get the 10% Discount.
Can I switch from a Monthly Plan to an Annual Plan?
- Yes! You can switch plans at anytime. The new plan will take effect when your current billing period ends. Click here for details on how to switch plans.
Can a Fender Play Annual Plan subscriber get a 10% discount during the trial period
- Yes. The 10% discount is available during a trial period.
If a Fender Play Annual Plan is canceled during the 12-month cycle will the discount still apply?
- Yes. The 10% discount is available as long as the Annual Plan is active. If a subscriber cancels before the 12-month period has passed, they will still have access to the service — and the discount — up until the subscription expiration. Upon subscription expiration, the 10% discount will also expire.
Is the Fender Play Annual Plan automatically renewed after 12 months?
It depends on how you signed up for Fender Play:
- If you signed up for the Annual Plan directly from Fender Play website (https://www.fender.com/play) or through one of the mobile apps, the Annual Plan will automatically renew on the date of expiration.
- If you signed up via Promo Code or Gift Card, the subscription will expire unless you add a valid payment method to your account prior to expiration.
How do you cancel a Fender Play Annual Plan?
It depends on how you signed up for Fender Play:

- The 10% off discount is available only to customers in the US, UK, France, Germany and Australia.
Is the Fender Play Annual Plan discount limited in terms of how much and how many products can be purchased?
- No. There is no limit on the amount or the number of items purchased on the Fender website (Fender.com).
Can I use the discount at Custom Shop?
- No. Purchases from Custom Shop are excluded from the Fender Play Annual Plan discount. See Terms and Conditions here.
Can I use the discount for Mod Shop purchases?
- Yes. Please do!
Can I use the discount for any non-Fender (specialty) products, such as Gretsch, EVH, Jackson, etc?
- No. The discount only applies to Fender and Squier products.
Are there any other limitations I should know about?
- Offer may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer.
- Not valid on prior purchases, taxes, or shipping and processing charges.
- Promotion has no cash value.

Does the Annual Plan discount apply to physical cards sold at retail?
- Yes. Fender Play Annual Plan members who purchase a Gift Card for the Annual Pass on the Fender Play website will get a 10% discount off any purchases, including Fender Play cards on Fender.com. In addition, the recipient who redeems the card will also get 10% discount on items purchased on Fender.com as well.
