If you are currently subscribed, follow the steps below. If your subscription is expired or canceled, click here for directions on choosing a new subscription plan.
- From a PC or MAC, Login to your Fender Play account by clicking the "SIGN IN" link at the top right of the screen. If you are already logged in, click the "HI, YOUR NAME" link at the top right of the screen.
- Navigate to the "Billing" area of your account profile in the Subscriptions section and click "Change Payment Plan".
- Choose the plan you would like to switch to.
- Choose your payment method and click "Submit Order."
If your subscription is expired or canceled and you would like to restart with a different subscription plan:
-
Sign In:
-Click the “SIGN IN” link at the top right of the screen.
-If you are already logged in, you will see "Hi, [Your Name]" instead of "SIGN IN." -
Access "My Profile":
-After you’re signed in, click on the "Hi, [Your Name]" link at the top right of the screen. -
Access "Billing":
-Scroll down to the Subscriptions section of your "My Profile" page and click on “Billing.” -
Click "Restart Your Subscription."
- Select the plan you would like to restart with, choose your payment method and click "Submit Order."
- Choose the plan you would like to switch to.
- Choose your payment method and click "Submit Order."
B: Switch plans from Mobile Web:
If you are currently subscribed, follow the steps below. If your subscription is expired or canceled, click here for directions on choosing a new subscription plan.
- Click the hamburger menu in the top right.
- Tap "Sign In."
- Sign in to the account associated with your Fender Play subscription.
- Tap on the menu option that says "Hi, [Your Name]" under the Fender Connect section.
- Tap on "Info" from the "My Profile" menu and select "Billing."
- Tap on "Change Payment Plan."
- Choose the plan you would like to switch to.
- Choose your payment method and click "Submit Order."
If your subscription is expired or canceled and you would like to restart with a different subscription plan:
- Click the hamburger menu in the top right.
- Tap "Sign In."
- Sign in to the account associated with your Fender Play subscription.
- Tap on the menu option that says "Hi, [Your Name]" under the Fender Connect section.
- Tap on "Info" from the My Profile menu and select "Billing."
- Tap "Restart Your Subscription."
- Choose the plan you would like to switch to.
- Choose your payment method and click "Submit Order."
If you subscribed from the iPhone app:
If you are currently subscribed, follow the steps below. If your subscription is expired or canceled, click here for directions on choosing a new subscription plan.
- Tap "More" from the navigation menu and select "My Account".
- Tap on "Upgrade for special offer" to switch to the Annual plan. If you already have the annual plan and want to switch to a monthly plan, tap "Manage My Subscription".
- You will be taken to your "Subscriptions" screen. Tap on the Fender Play app.
- On the Fender Play subscription screen, you will see a check mark next to the subscription plan you are currently subscribed to. Tap on the plan you would like to switch to.
- Confirm the change to your subscription.
If your subscription is expired or canceled and you would like to restart with a different subscription plan, simply SIGN IN to the app and select the plan you would like to restart with.
If you subscribed from the Android app:
If you are currently subscribed, follow the steps below. If your subscription is expired or canceled, click here for directions on choosing a new subscription plan.
- Tap "More" from the navigation menu and select "My Account".
- Tap on "Upgrade for special offer" to switch to the Annual plan. If you already have the annual plan and want to switch to a monthly plan, tap "Manage My Subscription".
- Select the plan you would like to change to.
- Tap "Subscribe" to confirm the new plan
If your subscription is expired or canceled and you would like to restart with a different subscription plan, simply SIGN IN to the app and select the plan you would like to restart with.
