If you subscribed from the web:

Sign In:
-Click the “SIGN IN” link at the top right of the screen.
-If you are already logged in, you will see [Hi, Your Name] instead of "SIGN IN". -
Access My Profile:
-After you’re signed in, click on the [Hi, Your Name] link at the top right of the screen. -
Access Billing:
-Scroll down to the Subscriptions section of your 'My Profile' page and click on “Billing”. -
Click "Restart Your Subscription".
- Select the plan you would like to restart with, choose your payment method and click "Submit Order".
- Choose the plan you would like to switch to.
- Choose your payment method and click "Submit Order".
- Click the hamburger menu in the top right.
- Tap 'Sign In'.
- Sign in to the account associated with your Fender Play subscription.
- Tap on the menu option that says 'Hi, Your Name' under the Fender Connect section.
- Tap on 'Info' from the My Profile menu and select 'Billing'.
- Tap Restart Your Subscription.
- Choose the plan you would like to switch to.
- Choose your payment method and click "Submit Order".
If you subscribed from the iPhone app:

SIGN IN to the app and select the plan you would like to restart with.

Tap "Subscribe" to confirm the new plan
If you subscribed from the Android app:

SIGN IN to the app and select the plan you would like to restart with.
